PILOT'S REACH
Pilot's reach will be the first LEED project to be developed on the Astoria waterfront, and GreenLite hopes to create a green building that will be an outstanding example of sustainable development.

The concept of the building is currently in development, the plan being to create a vision that would carry forward the RiverWalk concept adopted in 1990 in "The Astoria Waterfront Plan."

To this end, GreenLite is proposing a Mixed-Use, LEED-Certified green building with condominiums, retail space, and office space. A large "wrap around" deck would open up this section of the waterfront to the public for the first time in over 100 years, and would be an integral part of aligning this property with the community vision similar to the picture below.
